Leedstone is a very fast growing company. I worked there for 5+ years and have had many titles. Never a dull moment!

Management does not agree on anything. They do at the meetings, but not in front of the employees. Certain management has not been forced to change to the ever growing ways of the company. They have been through 3 COO's in the last 2 years. All hires from outside. The support and training are lacking as well, which puts an employee at a disadvantage walking in.
