Pros

I have been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and worked for some of the biggest financial firms in the industry and I have never seen a company as focused on their clients and as committed to their fiduciary responsibility to their clients as Lefavi Wealth Management is. The former CEO has retired, and the client focused culture the new CEO has created is really a remarkable achievement in the industry. Additionally, he is focused on cutting edge technology to ensure the future of the organization in the evolving financial services landscape. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

Cons

Change can be difficult and time consuming and the changes, even though positive, require extra time and additional learning while adopting. Also because the firm is growing so quickly it can be challenging to meet all the demands of clients so it can lead to some long hours.

Pros

I wanted to be a part of a firm that was as concerned for the client as I was, was independent and provided the opportunity to evolve with the industry. Lefavi Wealth Management is giving me and its clients that opportunity! Having read the previous reviews I feel that the management and individuals that were lazy, demeaning, contentious, and toxic are no longer here. I enjoy and like the people I work with! I feel that the new Management, Advisors and entire organization are committed to the clients and creating an exceptional experience for them!

Cons

Because it is a growing company that has over 40 years of traditions, changing and evolving can be frustrating, roles or responsibilities change, forcing some employees to experience discomfort and wear multiple hats at times. The mostly retired CEO can be eccentric at moments...
