Pros
Remote-first attitude. Unlimited PTO. Interesting and creative projects and clients. People tend to be really nice, helpful, and collaborative. If you are part of the Production team, people tend to get raises and promotions relatively more frequently or at higher rates than those on other teams. Production and Client Partnerships seem to have more favorable relationships with Leadership. Production even manages recruiting for the entire company, but that may change with the new HR Director that was recently hired.
Cons
- Get prepared for long hours, working overtime from accommodating frequent client changes and tight deadlines. - Managers are so bogged down making it difficult for them to connect with their team. - Processes and project planning seem to deprioritize input from Creative and Technology. - Leadership is open to feedback, but will downplay addressing any concerns relating to internal politics that negatively impact teams.
