You will get good exposure to variety of projects which could boost up your experience in handling different situations easily. Salary is credited on time, unlike other same size companies which do not have a good record on this matter.
Cons
No work life balance. No employee benefits. No firm HR policies (they change anytime as per C-level staff comfort) No good leave policies. Shady practices done at the time of annual performance review which ends in meagre incements. No CSR activities. So you are not adding anything back to society.
