Support staff had great tenure and industry experience that made the sales process successful.

Sales cycle is long and commission wasn't paid until after the installation so it took some time to generate projects and have them start paying back as a new sales professional.

Company is always willing to get you the tools and materials needed. Many different benefit packages to choose from. Meeting keep everyone on the same page. Ability to communicate with anyone in any stage of the job. I enjoyed the Owners and their vision for the company. Lots of fun little in house lunch events.

Not a ton of light in the workplace. Office is located in the middle of nowhere. There were a lot of people changing positions when i worked here. I felt that many people were promoted to higher management, due to years with the company. They could use some management training. (This could have changed by now, wonderful people)
