Pros
Very little to speak of. I suppose it paid quite well.
Cons
There were no internal systems or processes in place which made it impossible to get any kind of work done. Everyone lived in their email in boxes, there was no formal structure for literally anything, it seems like people just made it up as they went along. Conniving, two-faced staff, lots of chatting behind peoples backs and lots of gossiping. Then again, what do you expect from an entire team of PR divas? When things went wrong (and they often did) everyone would be very quick to assign blame and finger point rather than actually problem solve and deal with the issue at hand as a team. The office was also in the middle of nowhere which made it difficult ot commute to.
