Pros

Sadly hard to find many pros. With how little they care you are allowed to manage in a way that works best for you for daily tasks.

Cons

If you need help they'll ignore you but if they need something it always needs to be done ASAP. They put money into the park but was not improvements that anybody wanted. They ignored all of the major problems and just painted everything.

Pros

Supportive leadership within the Accounting/Finance department. Allow us to work autonomously but are their to support the staff. There are monthly/quarterly events for team building which shows that they care about their staff.

Cons

Not to many cons with at this company that I am aware of. Seems like they really care about their employees.

Pros

Great residents and properties.. lots of vacancies..and turnover. If you join us, don't un-pack everything.

Cons

Low pay.. benefits are not of any value. Work life balance not a legacy priority.. "flextime" is the new tag line. Local communities are mico-managed from Az.. communities are short staffed, under funded, only marketed digitally no local community focus. Middle management is of no support.. deflection is rampant no collaboration starting with the corporate mico-managers through the regional.
