Pros
Environment is amazing until you start to move up in the company and see what really happens behind the scenes. You get to meet some great people Learned a lot about selling Job is targeted toward younger individuals that don't know what to do after high school or college
Cons
1. Many employees had issues getting paid correctly during my time there 2. You have to stand in Walmart and sell tv service. 3. The hours are long Thursday-Monday 11am-8pm but they expect you to come in at 9:30am-10:00am for "training" everyday. Tuesday and Wednesday are the off days, but someone usually pressures you into working those days as well. 4. 100% Commission based 5. Interview is deceiving, they sell you on a "Management Training Program" but what they really mean is you will be selling AT&T & DirecTV in Walmart and once you kinda know the system you will teach someone else. 6. No benefits
