Pros
I love the call centre, save money on screening leads and training. Wait, talk about fakeness, tons of fake 5 stars reviews some of admin staff were told to add as and when to bring up their scores.
Cons
Lowest commission banding in the market still, should have heed advices of the bad reviews instead of taking the leap of faith to join one of the managers who initially seemed trustworthy. A lot of pettiness in higher management, noticed advisors or staff get alienated for not being on the ‘right’ side. A lot of the 5stars reviews, were keyed in themselves. Quite a bad working environment, don’t have that camaraderie spirit
