Friendly teamwork environment. Ability to provide new ideas and be taken seriously. Not just a number to leadership they truly care about the patients and the employees. Every employee is treated with respect.

I really don’t know of any

LHC offers a non-invasive treatment to heart care patients that improves quality of life and can mitigate the need for invasive treatments that are costly and risky. It’s an incredible service, and patients and staff members are wonderful.

As a result of poor management/leadership, this is not a viable company where you can call "home". Communication from the top is non-existent at times and inconsistent at other times. No loyalty to long-tenured or hard-working employees. With most companies, you put good in, you get good out. LHC does not work that way.
