      I learned that working for a company that has bad management from top to lower manager, it makes the working environment very toxic for everyone.

      Cons

      Everything!!! The most obtrusive & insulting is how greedy management is, padding their pockets & underpaying talented employees.

      Pros

      Everyone here is respectful and professional to each other, and just simply good people. Management treats everyone as important members of the firm, and benefits and ownership opportunities are extended to all. Client service is of utmost importance, but a philosophy of teamwork also allows employees the freedom to be there for their families and participate in community service projects.

      Cons

      I've not encountered any concerning issues working here.
