Pros
- The culture is genuinely brilliant. trusting, no micromanagement, and everyone’s treated like an adult
- Loads of autonomy and ownership. if you’ve got ideas, you’ll be listened to (and probably asked to run with them)
- Tech is genuinely interesting. modern stack, some big meaty problems to solve, and nothing feels stale or legacy
- Fast-paced but in a good way – the company’s gone through a lot of growing without losing its soul
- Lovely team. smart, humble, and collaborative, with most of us based in Edinburgh but remote-friendly too
- Feels like a proper journey – still small enough to know everyone, but big enough now to have momentum and direction
- Wins are shared, and effort is recognised – whether it’s progression, bonuses, or just a proper thank you
Cons
- Things change quickly, which is exciting but not always perfectly organised. You’ve got to be OK with a bit of ambiguity
- There’s a lot of responsibility early on. Great for growth, but it might feel intense if you’re not used to that
