      I have a great team of people who I work with. I feel valued and my voice is heard. My manager is very supportive and gives me the space to be creative and try new ideas. I can see a clear career progression as the company continues to grow.

      Some really great team members who were great to be around and solve problems with.

      Resistant to change as the cost is a temporary slow down to an already overly tight deployment/promise schedule.
