Pros

LegalCraft is a higly unprofessional company. I'm not exaggerating. Notice that most of the positive reviews are from current employees only. Sounds like a pattern, right?

Cons

Bad leadership. No appreciation for hard work. Bad work culture. Bad engineering practices. I just picked a random positive review and decided to point of some of the incorrect information. 1. Process oriented organization. -> Right. By this, they mean that they use BOTH spreadsheets and emails to track development work. Good luck trying to find the person accountable for a feature/fix or run any sort of development reports. 2. Employee ideas and opinions are always welcomed and encouraged. -> They mean as long as the ideas have nothing to do with employee welfare or work culture. 3. An ideal place for freshers to start their careers as ample opportunities are provided to learn and to be coached by the seniors. -> More like a trap for talented freshers to waste their time and learn some trivial coding skills. The "learning" being referred can be picked up over the internet in a matter of days. "Coached" is an incorrect term here. 4. Has a good and professional work environment. -> Right. As long as "work, work, work" is your motto. Also, the company lacks basic infrastructure like leave management and time sheet entry system. None of the engineers in my team were given any medical insurance of any kind. This is their level of professionalism. 5. Recognition for talent, hard work and desire to learn new technologies. -> Same as above. The technologies used are trivial. Work culture is absolutely horrid in this company. 6. From day one, employees are provided with exciting projects to work on. -> There are only a few viable products that the company has. Of course, working on a project is more "exciting" than being on the bench. 7. Yearly bonuses are really appreciable and on time. -> Must not be serious. Very little incentives and appreciation is shown for the people who really work hard. Only people who pretend to work or simply talk big will be rewarded very well without a doubt. 8. Focuses more on working and achieving targets as a team. -> Their idea of team-work is staying until every one else in your team has work to do. This is why most developers work almost a whole 12 hours on average in this team-oriented company. Of course, you can forget of getting paid for the extra hours. 9. Has a good work life balance. -> Can't be right. There had been a single company outing in same city when I worked there, over a span of 3 years. It's outrageous at best. 10. The management is always approachable and is always ready to encourage and motivate each and every employee to work together as team 'LegalCraft'. -> This sounds very cliche, even for a fake review. I bet no former employee of the company would say this.
