      Pros

      I completed my first 3 months with SignDesk (Legal Desk) and so far so good. we have around 10+ departments within SignDesk and around 250+ employees are working and Majority of them have completed their 2 Years with the organization. As a new employee of this firm, I received a warm welcome from both Management and as well as my co-workers.

      Cons

      In my opinion, Only one con is that the workspace is open | We should have assigned a particular spot for the particular department but now it's more friendly like we can mingle with everyone and as a core team member it's our primary motto. Rather than we till now I'm not finding any negative feedback.

      In 6 years of my professional life, there was not a day I felt - 'I can't wait to go to work' in an exciting tone! until I joined Legaldesk.com. This place is a whole lot different than all companies I've been in, heard about or seen. It is a positive place where, --- My ideas are encouraged. --- I feel I am working with Human Beings and not machines. --- Everybody including my Co-Founders treat each other like Family --- The support and help provided towards every individual's career growth and not only being concerned about the Company's growth. --- Employee engagement is the talk of the town here. At the end of the day, I love what I do with like minded professionals, it cannot get any better! Legaldesk.com has been my dream come true and there is every reason to be a part of this great cultured Company!
