Ideal location. People who are passionate about the start up.

Start up culture is deeply flawed. Personal relationships in the office with employees underneath their managers clearly affect team relationships. As a uni student I was pigeon holed into an area and never given opportunities. Now working in a workplace with big profile clients and am respected for my hard work, analytical skills and dedication.

The office location is great.

This is the worst job and company I have been apart of. They fill you will false promises and slowly burn you down and knock out every bit of confidence in you. It is ran like a dictatorship and they do not care about you in the slighest. The leadership are liars and monkeys could run that place better than them. They are extremely rude and change processes every 5 minutes. I have never been so shocked disappointed in a job I would strongly advise anyone considering a job here to reconsider. The is no opportunity to make good money unless you are you on the inbound team and there is no training, they give you a script and you're expected to read off that. Expect to be given unrealistic targets that you won't meet and expect everyone to be treated unfairly.
