My journey over the past three years at LegalZoom has been incredibly fulfilling. Honestly, it's been such an amazing experience. The leadership team here is incredible, they genuinely care about what we think and actually act on our feedback, which is pretty rare. I've gotten to work with some seriously talented people across different teams, and watching the company grow so much has been really cool to be part of. The benefits package is truly comprehensive and competitive, which shows the company's genuine investment in employee wellbeing.
Cons
As the company has grown rapidly, communication across departments can sometimes feel a bit siloed, it would be great to see more cross-functional collaboration initiatives.
