Bagels on Fridays. Always extra incentives to make more money.

Cons

Sales force is always down or not working right. Managers expect their employees to excel, but refuse to speak to customers when they are escalated or support said employees. Culture disappearing

Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
