6yHello, and thank you for giving us this feedback. We strive to create a welcoming, empowering environment for our Zoomers, and are glad you find our People Ops members helpful. We’re not perfect, however, and know that we can, and need to, do better when it comes to diversity. That’s why we’re working hard on different initiatives to make our workplace more inclusive, including training on unconscious bias and improving our development and advancement opportunities. We’re also a rapidly evolving business, and naturally face conflicting priorities from time to time. Tool improvements can take longer than we’d like, but driven by our value of people first, our primary focus is always to improve our customers’ and employees’ experience.
