      Pros

      The team was dynamic and diverse with a lot of internal equity / inclusion programs and job perks (ie. yoga during lunch).

      Cons

      The work is VERY high volume and can feel bottom heavy (all the work is falling on the lower title employees) and the pay is very low compared to market.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
