This company is going downhill fast especially over the last year. People at the top of the sales organization have no clue about what is really going on or if they do they are ignoring it. I am not sure what is worse... They made this huge deal regarding Account management and that bombed.. they gave all these people huge raises and then they had to cut the entire team. They change the bonus structure to be very subjective v. objective. They used to have management development programs.. but they are doing that any more - no development of anyone other than people's favorites... They give such low raises and then talk about how much money the company has made - not sure if the story makes any sense. People who build the products and divisions and provided true leadership and vision are leaving in droves... Not a place you want to be..
