1. Hierarchical, siloed and micromanaged 2. Work life balance is very tough 3. Pay is not on par with the industry 4. Career pathing and advancement opportunities are meagre 5. Low morale because of layoffs etc.

Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
