Pros
Up until January 2023: Great workplace culture built on a foundation of empathy, inclusivity, and energy. Amazing Benefits Realistic monthly goals built by awesome, data-driven leaders Continuous Agent Development and opportunities for mentorship
Cons
NOTE: READ THIS FIRST - Entire Sales department got let go as of 10/11/23. This is not a company you can work for long term anymore. Rest of the cons: Everything after January 2023 Seriously, aside from the benefits all good aspects of this company went out the window since Dan Wernikoff and Rich Preece took over AND the company decided to go public. Aggressively advertising "freemium/premium", layoffs of key leadership positions and outsourcing outsourcing of customer care functions to contractors with no plan for communication or cohesion with in-house staff, -- all transparent attempts to salvage a rapidly falling stock price. (Note: Share price for LZ was $40 in 2021, now it's at $10.) What minimal communication there was between C-team and rest of company was filled with empty buzzwords and sense of stability or forward momentum.
