      Pros

      Has a feel of a small company where you have easy access to everyone including the execs but it also has the maturity of big companies. The company is fully remote but many people prefer to go to the office locations. The Mountain View office is nicely located in downtown Mountain View. The environment there is very friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      There are cool things to do for software engineers but probably not as challenging as in high tech companies.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Cons

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Pros

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
