      Pros

      The management is great. Everybody is exceptionally knowledgable and easy going. I never felt uncomfortable talking to a new person or asking for help. They are located in the heart of the financial district, which is a huge plus. Overall it is a valuable experience that will set you up for a bright future.

      Cons

      Other than no pay, not many cons. You learn a lot translatable skills.

      Pros

      Other employees are great. We were like a family. Free lunch on Fridays

      Cons

      Upper management and owners only care about the bottom line. Pay scale was not fair. if you worked hard, there was no reward. Employees were given no direction and all suggestions were ignored.
