Pros
Legends have a great culture in most departments, but not all depending on where you are and whos there. As well as offering a lot of exciting perks and experiences depending on what team you're on.
Cons
Very focused on growth and sometimes moves too fast without adding the right structure. So someone will get hired fora role, but may not get the required training until a few months in. Pay is also not great, as it's tough to make much more even with tenure. someone can be here for 5 years and go from 50K to 65K and will have to wait for another 5 to gain anymore. Or move states to a different project with a new team being signed. Culture is sometimes sacrificed for results. Especially in some departments, they care more about the results than the individual. So a very "what can you do for me" type of employer. Instead of a much more healthy "what can I do for you" This is not in all departments but in some.
