Pros
Auto industry typically pays pretty decent in alot of roles. You get the opportunity to see and even drive new cars and be one of the first to have your hands on them.
Cons
The Leggat culture expects your life. If you are unwilling to work 6 days a week and 10+ hours per day, you will not succeed here. Just work harder they say. Leggat will use any means necessary to maximize their own profits even if it means taking from you. Do not complain, put on a smile and be happy, otherwise you will be discarded for the "Yes man" they are looking for. I do not recommend taking a Service Manager role at Leggat, or likely the industry until the bottom level technicians are replaced by robots. No one wants to be an automotive technician anymore and this will become your problem. Might be wise to spend 4 years apprenticing and learning the technician role first because you will have to pick up their slack.
