Small, tight-knit company that works to make sure all employees are happy in their positions. Management supports employees that want to grow in their positions, acquire new skills, and advance their position in the company. All teams work together to achieve company goals.

Large learning curve for those not familiar with the paper industry. Being a small company means that some employees are a part of multiple teams, making the work day a little hectic.

I spent this past summer working as a business development and marketing intern at Legion Paper and my experience was incredibly positive. The management of this company truly cares about employee well-being, and there is a strong teamwork structure when completing tasks. Though I was only actively working for a few months, I learned invaluable information about account management, customer outreach, and several other key components of any sales job. Each person carries such a positive disposition, which can elevate any day-to-day work experience. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work at Legion.

Since this business is so niche, it took me a while to fully grasp the meaning behind my assigned projects. Some of the software used here is dated and harder to learn, and with everybody's busy workload I never had proper training with it, making some of my work harder.
