Cons
They have an extremely high turnover rate, with no sales team member lasting more than 2 years. They took four months to set the company sales targets, which then resulted to be unrealistic and without any logical basis. Their answer? Investors are pushing the numbers and you were hired to accomplish it. Moreover, they have never set individual targets which were supposed to represent 20% of the gross salary. Whenever questioned, the founders answers were arrogant and dismissive. Despite a rigorous interview process, including IQ tests, they fail to recognize that their poor management is the root cause of their high turnover and failure to achieve mid term results.
