Poor Management ( Micro management ). You will be micro managed and blamed on every single turn. The managers and higher ups will share their negative feedback to you but if you provide any negative feedback to them, pack your bags. You will be fired immediately. The company has created a horrible blame culture. Team work is actively discouraged. It's every person for themselves. Since the higher ups are completely non technical, the only tool they have in their arsenal is micro management, A lot of engineers have been fired and a lot of good ones have jumped ship.
