Pros

I’ve only been here a little over 90 days, but the team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive from day one. The onboarding process was thorough and well-structured, which made settling into the role much easier. The work is exciting because the product is continuously evolving and improving. The business and client base are clearly growing, which makes it feel like a positive and ambitious place to work. Overall, it’s been a great environment to join and develop in.

Cons

I's love more opportunities to see the entire team! More socials!!

Pros

From the moment I interviewed through to my first day at Legl, it was clear how special the culture and mission here are. There’s a genuine sense of shared ambition everyone is supportive, collaborative, and united by the goal of building something meaningful and driving real impact. People care about the success of the business and about helping each other grow along the way. You’re given real ownership from day one. There’s the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects, stretch beyond your core role, and develop your skills quickly. Autonomy isn’t just encouraged it’s expected. It’s a fast-paced environment, and it won’t be for everyone. But if you thrive on responsibility, variety, and the chance to make a visible impact rather than feeling like just another number Legl is an incredibly rewarding place to be.

Cons

When you join you don't want to leave
