Pros

I was situated in Weert, The Netherlands and the athmosphere was great. I liked the fact that it was a smaller company and you were listened to as a person instead of a number. It gives housewives the opportunity to work part-time

Cons

My Pro's are also my cons: It is a growing company which right now is still working as a small company which consequently overloads her employees with too much workload. The disadvantage of part-timers is that the fulltimers are the ones that will ultimately suffer from the work overload.
