Pros

Flexible hours, easy commute, some nice coworkers

Cons

-Hostile work environment -Extremely Low Pay -No room to grow -No real HR. Personal assistant who acts as HR is unqualified -Employees don't feel comfortable approaching this "HR" worker in uncomfortable work environment situations -Management should be retired as they have been there their whole professional careers and don't care about the innovation -Management doesn't care about the well-being of employees. Would prefer workers chained to desk and silent all day -Employees are guilted about taking breaks, speaking to one another, or taking time off -Management is rude and condescending, often threatened by those lower and more talented -Management is sexist, always belittling women -Even salary workers must punch in and out, no OT for anyone so you essentially "work for free" -VP watches workers through camera and reprimands them for any socializing -Depressing work atmosphere
