Pros

Great product. Well known and established luxury brand

Cons

The MD is the basis for all their issues including a very high turnover in the marketing department. He runs the company like his own empire answerable to nobody. He treats staff as if they are "donkeys" which he has outrightly said so. He is a heavy drinker and this shows especially at events where he always has a bottle of whiskey handy. He is very manipulative and knows how to use that to his advantage. He has on numerous occasions known to have said inappropriate things to female colleagues including inappropriate behaviour.
