* Management - "Good Old Boy" network, historically * Re-Org & Cut to profitability - the re-orgs typically fail to meet objectives & cut indirects & benefits to lower rate (happening across the industry) * Lack of leadership - ie, Good Old Boy network typically wins * The old SAIC adage, "Saturdays Are Included, Chump" prevails if you truly want to get ahead - prepare to work the hours
