      Pay and benefits are competitive, many opportunities within the company, corporate culture is positive, management in my experience looks out for their people.

      Cons

      Highly political, but this is typical for a defense contracting company of this size.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
