Pros
The pay is decent but not great. Benefits are great though. Or at least they were. Every year we had an hour long meeting with the insurance company so they could tell us how we had to pay more money for less benefits.
Cons
God, where to start? The German side hates the USA side, so they just want us to sell tools and not make tools. But there are some in Germany who want us to make tools, so there's alot of conflict on what we can do. Alot of wise decisions that would help us produce better were rescinded, giving us software with no training and machines that would break down every three weeks.
