Pros
The people, the mission, and the culture. There’s a real sense of purpose and ownership at LemFi. The pace is fast (sometimes chaotic in a good way), which keeps things exciting and pushes me to be creative, solve problems, and actually build things that make an impact. There’s strong autonomy, supportive leadership, and lots of collaboration across teams.
Cons
The pace can occasionally make priorities shift quickly, so you need to be adaptable. Some processes are still evolving as the company scales, which can be challenging if you prefer structure and predictability.
