Management is all family, so you don't stand a chance to progress. They're bullies who go out of their way to make you feel worthless. Management say they're approachable, but aren't. Training is absolutely terrible. 20 minutes to learn a whole new system, before you're flung in with no help. I have never worked for such a vile toxic company like this before. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
