- Lemonade really tries to make a difference and a big social impact. Through the Giveback (2.3 Million USD in 2021 to 65 charities worldwide) the world is made a betterplace. The more Lemonade grows, the more it can give back. - All colleagues are progressive, tolerant and open-minded people. There is literally no office gossip or uncomfortable interactions, but everyone is just very honest and direct. Feedback is given immediately. We actually spend a lot of time together outside of working hours. - Benefits are great: equitable packages with share options for everyone! - Everyone is smart, like seriously smart. You learn and grow so much here. - Since the Amsterdam office opened in 2019, NOBODY has resigned, left or has been terminated either. Everyone who ever started here, still works here.
Cons
- It is a high-paced environment. Really fast. I thrive under pressure, as most of my colleagues do. It is not for everyone.
