-Leading management sits in on team meetings to hear honest feedback. -Consistently adapts to better employee and client experiences. -Gives giftcards and fun presents to employees throughout the year. -Tuesday lunches are paid for. -Apple macbooks provided to employees. -Opportunity for growth. -Working in insurance can be hard (sometimes clients are rude) and they recognized our right to hang up if clients became verbally abusive.
Cons
-At my time of employment, salaries weren't reviewed for increases until after a year of being there.
