LendUS is serious about work life balance. I no longer feel that I have to work 7 days a week to keep up with my loans, when my desk gets buried i just have to ask and have several co-workers who will share the load. Management facilitates and encourages this. They really care about the people they work with. Good systems, great people and unlike other mortgage companies where I have worked, I have never felt a "them versus us" in regards to sales and ops. Everyone is here to close loans and we're all working on the same team to find ways to get even the more challenging loans to work. Sr UW Management will take the time to review our various investor guidelines looking for a fit.
