Great goal, room for improvement in the organization - Software Developer Lendahand Employee Review

I personally loved working at lendahand. Everyone in the team is a graat fit and really works well together. The corporate culture is inclusive and fun. The team is impact driven and work really hard to meet the ambitious targets we set. At first I thought we where stretching a but the team always came through and in some cases even exceeded these targets.

Salaries could be better seeing as the team is extremely hard working but I am sure that will improve with time.
