Interesting work, very nice co-workers for the most part.
Cons
Way too much gossip/lack of communication by management. Rules aren't the same for everyone-there's supposed to be Company policies on things such as attendance, but not enforced across the board. Depends on who in management either likes or dislikes you No opportunities for advancement again unless you are one of the "pets" of someone higher up Pay wasn't great. Location was terrible Never knew from one day to the next if you were the next one to get fired/laid off Hazardous work environment. Chairs were all broken (mine was missing 2 screws and so wobbled back and forth) no ergonomic equipment (wrist rests, foot rests, etc) provided unless you brought in a Doctor's note explaining exactly why you needed it. Medical benefits were horrible. Insurance plan was all but worthless.
