Pros
First and foremost is the culture- I've never found a better company culture in my career. Incredibly supportive leadership group, the company seeks feedback often and actions it, social committee plans fun activities throughout the year (including an annual company retreat), the people are amazing, overall inclusive & open minded culture, and I could go on. Benefits are great- Very generous PTO policy, extended health benefits have high coverage, spending accounts, professional development budgets, etc. Transparency- I personally appreciate transparency when it comes to how decisions were made, why certain goals are set, how compensation is assessed, how performance is assessed, etc. Lendesk does a great job of giving that to the team.
