Honestly none I've been with them since the start of the journey in relation to the call centre and there are no negatives. Its been wonderful working for the CEO

Pros

I worked as a consultant for Lending Expert leading multiple new business onboarding projects. The things I loved the most: ideas from the team/contractors are discussed & integrated. There were always lots of brokers excited about opportunities to work with Lending Expert and always excited to join the panel. The director has a modern approach to the workplace and was great at understanding my flexible work needs. The team all want to achieve great things so there was always a positive disposition. No negative chat or backstabbing! The company is forward thinking and constantly evolving so no two days were ever the same!

Cons

Wasn’t able to secure a permanent position, as at the time I worked for Lending Expert their immediate strategy wasn’t to grow the business with permanent staff as they were focusing their budget software development and tech integrations to improve the broker experience
