Cons
- Intermittent Leads, or none at all for weeks sometimes! - Unwarranted change of comp plan after 90 days from tiered up to 30% to flat 10%. How discentivizing for the entire salesfloor. Poor move on behalf of management. From that point on there was a glaring disconnect from management and sales floor that deteriorated rapidly. They did not care! - Late base pay. Withheld commission. Multiple offenses. One check arrived weeks late! Lots of daily penalties, and malpractice. - Abusive Treatment
