Pros

some of the people you get to work with are amazing but the good people are leaving and looking at other options. Einige der Leute, mit denen Sie zusammenarbeiten, sind großartig, aber die guten Leute gehen und suchen nach anderen Optionen.

Cons

- Founders unfair treatment to woman. I have witnessed things that i have never seen in my entire professional life. - Founders moto is to fire people like if it was a sport. I would be very careful on changing jobs and joining this company if you have a family or have to make real life changes to join. - Not honesty. Creating benefits just to attract talent with no intention of giving the rewards. - There is no psychological safety and people feel it and live in fear as a result of the DNA of the company. - Gründer unfaire Behandlung der Frau. Ich habe Dinge erlebt, die ich in meinem ganzen Berufsleben noch nie gesehen habe. - Das Motto des Gründers ist es, Leute zu feuern, als wäre es ein Sport. Ich würde sehr vorsichtig sein, den Job zu wechseln und in dieses Unternehmen einzusteigen, wenn Sie eine Familie haben oder Änderungen im wirklichen Leben vornehmen müssen, um beizutreten. - Nicht Ehrlichkeit. Vorteile schaffen, nur um Talente anzuziehen, ohne die Absicht, die Belohnungen zu geben. - Es gibt keine psychologische Sicherheit und die Menschen spüren sie und leben in Angst aufgrund der DNA des Unternehmens.

Hi, Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review, we are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We pride ourselves on our open, honest and inclusive culture so we are very surprised by your negative comments about us as an employer and also about your colleagues. All other feedback that we have received from current and former colleagues during the same period has been very positive. We take any allegations of mistreatment, inequality or threats to psychological safety very seriously and any complaints raised would be dealt with fully and in the appropriate manner. Part of our feedback culture is that you can and should say openly and honestly if you are not feeling well or are experiencing any issues at all. Our founders fully believe in this and we live this at Lendis. We would challenge the claim that we fire employees arbitrarily. We have structured feedback sessions with our managers every 3 months. In addition, feedback is shared when it is needed. It is important to us that it is transparent and honest for our employees. If we are not satisfied with the performance, this is communicated to the employees as soon as possible and we look together at how this can be improved and also how the company can contribute towards this. We are confident that we always act fairly towards our employees in this respect at Lendis. Without knowing the specifics and context of your claims it is difficult to give a more constructive response however we would welcome the opportunity to try and address your points of criticism. Pros

- Some nice colleagues to work and socialize with. - Company with a remote first culture.

Cons

- Arrogant and overconfident couple of founders, that believe they know the insides of every function in the company, which is not true. - Systemically misinforming the company staff. - The culture is permeated by a sense of fear and "dog eat dog" mentality. - People feel they are expendable. - Lack of domain knowledge in logistics, which should be the company's strong point. - Tech stack in terrible state, that will need to be thrown away and be redeveloped from scratch. Too many cooks cooking in the same pot for too long. - Multiple cloud providers, multiple web frameworks, multiple even bus systems for a company managing 50 orders per day.
