Pros
I'm only a few weeks into the role and I can say the culture is amazing. The organization has a keen focus on creating a work experience that fuels camaraderie, support, and attention to being the best it can - underscored by the LEND model that CEO Bobby Aiken created. He's even written a book about it.
Cons
As they grow exponentially it will be important to protect the culture in place while simultaneously being open to new ways of operating. Sometimes, that's difficult for people who have been around a long time.
