Pros
In the time I've been with the company I've met a lot of wonderful people through branch operations and customer interaction. There are some highly knowledgeable people here.
Cons
There is no work/life balance, no respect for the work put in, bonus structure is always changing making it harder to bonus, pay does not equate to work being done. Easily stuck within the company so as to not be promoted if you upset the wrong person.
